About RITUVA
RITUVA sells wellness and recovery devices through this website to customers in the United States and United Kingdom. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean RITUVA; "you" means the person using the site or placing an order.

Products & Descriptions
We aim to describe our products accurately, including images, specifications, and included components. Occasional errors or omissions can occur; where a product's exact specification isn't confirmed, we avoid stating it rather than guess. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including after it has been placed, in which case we will refund any payment taken.
Orders & Fulfillment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed once we confirm and process your order. Orders are fulfilled per our Shipping Policy. Some or all orders may be prepared and shipped by a third-party fulfillment partner on our behalf — this does not change your rights under these Terms or our Refund Policy; RITUVA remains responsible for your order.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in USD at checkout unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at the time of purchase. We do not store your full payment card details.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Intended Use & No Medical Advice
RITUVA devices are wellness products intended for general everyday use as described on our product pages. They are not medical devices, and nothing on this site is medical advice or a substitute for professional medical guidance. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, use a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, or are otherwise uncertain whether a device is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Use any device only as instructed in the materials included with it.
Warranty
Beyond the rights described in our Refund Policy and any statutory consumer rights that apply in your country (including UK consumer protection law, where applicable), we do not make additional warranty promises about our products on this site. Statutory rights you may have under the law of your country of residence are not affected by these Terms.
Intellectual Property
The RITUVA name, logo, and the content of this site (text, images, and design) belong to RITUVA or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RITUVA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or a product, beyond the value of your order.
